Judith Henderson is food and wine contributor to Washington State's "Mid-Columbian Magazine." She speaks in behalf of small farming, food and wine pairing and sustainable agriculture on radio and television across the U.S.
She is a member of IACP, International Association of Culinary Professionals and Author of two published manuscripts; "WildBerries Dishes up Walla Walla," and "In Greener Pastures, Recipes for a Healthy Planet."
